“James Richardson – will- w. 2 July 1826. wife Nancy (Anne Payne Ware) to use all proceeds for benefit of children; plantation purchased of Henry Sergeant and land on Hogan’s Creek.  If wife re-marry she should have one-sixth part of estate and balance to children, if she does not re-marry to have one-eighth part.
