“6.–An Act, directing the treasurer of this state to pay David Harrington the sum therein mentioned.

It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont.  That the treasurer of this state be, and he is, hereby directed to pay David Harrington the sum of two hundred and twenty-four dollars and eighty-eight cents, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; it being fro money he has been compelled to pay as bail for Cyrus Ware, who was released from imprisonment by an act of this legislature.
