Garland B. Ware

“Sec. 6.  Be it further enacted,  That J.H. Howell, Garland B. Ware, S.R. Wood, B.J. Lea and R.Y. Longley, and their associates, are hereby created a body politic and corporate, by the name and style of the ‘Home Insurance Company of Tennessee,’ to be located at the town of Brownsville, Tennessee; with all the rights and powers and privileges and restrictions conferred and imposed upon the Energetic Insurance Company, chartered by an act to incorporate the Middle Tennessee Insurance Company at Lebanon and for other purposes, passed March 24, 1860.  This act to take effect from and after its passage.
