“ACCIDENTS
January 13, 1864–Car ran off the track and upset. Five persons slightly injured.
October 5, 1864–A man slightly intoxicated fell from the car and was run over. He had his leg amputated.
Several slight accidents occurred during the year in each of which the corporation has been relieved of all responsibility by parties injured.
