Children, by first marriage: 1. Mary Blassingame, m. Judge Robert C. Brickell (q.v); by second marriage: none of the children survive, but there are three grandchildren, Charles Peacher of Montgomery, Annie Peacher, m. Chanler Copeland, and Lela Peacher, m. Eugene Ware, Birmingham.
