The Third Annual Meeting was held at New Orleans, August 19, 1892, and continued at different times during the meeting of the State Convention.  A paper on ‘Christian Enthusiasm’ was read by Re. E. O. Ware, an address on ‘Books for Preachers’ was made by W.B. Penick, D.D.  A paper on ‘ The Distinctive Principles of Baptists’ was read by Rev. G.W. Hartsfield.  General discussion followed and presentation of these themes.  The next annual meeting is to be held at Mount Lebanon, August 21, 1893.”
