“CHAP. 664.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rachael Ware.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress Assembled. That the Secretary of the interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel E. Ware, widow of James Ware, late captain of Company E, Tenth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
Approved, March 12, 1906.”
