Ralph Ware

“The Township of Granville was so named by Ralph Ware, after the town from which he came in Massachusetts.  It is situated in the north-east corner of Putman, Co., and is bounded on the north by the Illinois River, on the east by LaSalle Co., on the south by Magnolia and on the west by Hennepin Township.”
