Josiah Ware (1749)

“1749, April 23.  Ware, Josiah, of Cohansey, Cumberland Co., tailor; will of.  To my ‘honoured father my beaver hat.’  Brother, Thomas, my silver shoe buckles, knee buckles and stock buckles.  Estate to be equally divided between my aforesaid brother, my sisters Phebe, Amey and Elizabeth.  Executors–Enos Woodruff and Thomas Ewing.  Witnesses–Elizabeth Fordham, Phebe Ware.  Proved 19 May, 1749.
