“Dr. James B. Ware was born in Cedarville, where he received his early education. He entered the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied medicine and graduated with honors in the class of 1854.
Dr. Ware established an office at Mullica Hill, Gloucester, where he remained three years. He then went West, and for a short time practiced at Wilton, Iowa. He afterward removed to Pedricktown, N.J., where he remained for thirty-five years, or until coming to this city in March, 1895.
Mr. Ware has for a long time been a director of the Cumberland Mutual Fire Insurance Company. He stands high as a practitioner and is a valuable addition to the ranks of Bridgeton’s professional men and citizens. He has a son who is a successful physician in Scranton, Pa.”
