WARES BEQUEATH TO NC COLLEGE

 Pauline B. Ware, born. 1917, Pikeville, MO. Died,, Oct 25, 2010, Cheyenne, WY.

Mrs. Ware married Rev. Robert J. Ware,  1939, in Philadelphia he became a Presbyterian minister. Rev Ware passed away 2008.

The Wares became interested in the Warren Wilson College due to it’s Presbyterian teachings of work, faith, and charity, and frequently contributed to the college’s fund drives, over the last 25 years.

Mrs. Ware, educated through Park College, near Kansas City, and San Francisco Theological Seminary

She was active in youth groups, vocal choirs, and hand bell choirs.

Rev. and Mrs. Ware practiced their ministry mostly in Nebraska and Wyoming.

The Rev Ware left the Warren Wilson college a bequest totaling nearly one million dollars, among the largest gifts in the school‘s history..
