“A Petition of Anne Ware of Boston, Widow, praying, That her Son-in-law John Brewer and Joseph Hiller may be impowered to make Sale of a fifth part of a House and Land in Cross-Street in Boston, altho’ the Land was given by her late Husband Robert Ware Deceased, to the said John Brewer, and Martha his Wife and their Children after them, for reasons set forth in the Petition. Sent down from the Board, pass’d on there viz. In Council June 23d 1719. Read and Ordered, That the prayer of the Petition be Granted, and that Mr. Thomas Cushing be joined with Mr. Brewer and Mr. Hiller in the Sale of the Eastermost part of the said House and Land. Sent down for Concurrence. Read & Concurr’d.”
