QUANAH - Ella Mae Ware, 87, died Friday, March 31,
2000.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Trinity Baptist
Church with the Rev. John Spangler officiating. Burial
will be in Goodlett Cemetery by Price-Jackson Funeral
Home.
Mrs. Ware was born in Groesbeck. She graduated from
Elba School and was a longtime resident of Quanah.
She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist
Church.
She married Kenneth Edward Ware in 1944 at Amarillo.
He died in 1981. She was also preceded in death by a
daughter, Lona Fay Ritchie in 1994.
Survivors include four sons, Jimmie Ware of Quanah,
Edward Ware of Idalou, Berry Daniel of Maybank, and
Raymon Daniel of Las Vegas; two daughters, Jackie
Henderson of Altus, Okla., and Alvis Hooie of Rogersville,
Ala.; five sisters, Thelma Roe of Quanah, Elizabeth
Corley of Vernon, Estelle Wiseman of Wichita Falls,
Pat Connely of Waco, and Louise Shelton of Quinlan;
20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 10
great-greatgrandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Golden Wings Hospice
Foundation."
