"A resident and native of Hammond, she died Tuesday,
Nov. 10, 1998, at North Oaks Medical Center, 
Hammond. She was 72. Visiting at Harry McKneely & 
Son Funeral Home, Hammond, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednes-
day and after 8 a.m. Thursday. Religious services 
at the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. 
Interment in Rose Memorial Cemetery. Survived by 
three sons, Donald Snyder Jr., Hammond, Michael 
Snyder, Baton Rouge, and Dean Snyder, Hammond; two 
grandsons, Ronnie Snyder and Kyle Snyder, both of 
Mandeville; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, 
Betty Kyle, Tampa, Fla. Preceded in death by her 
husband, Donald E. Snyder; and parents, Raymond and
Mittie Gullage Ware."
