   Athens
      Savannah Ware of 580 Timothy Road died Wednesday, 
  June 24, 1998.
      A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Ware was a daughter 
   of the late Leroy and Sugar Ree Ware. She was a member  
   of Timothy Baptist Church.
      Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at Timothy 
   Baptist Church
   with the Rev. Jerry F. Hutchins officiating. Burial will 
   be in Robinson Cemetery. The body will be placed in the 
   church at 1 p.m.
      Survivors include seven sisters, Leanna Barnett, her 
   twin sister, Athens, Emmalene McCullon, Cornelia Neely, 
   Betty Harris and Ruby Bell, all of Cincinnati, Ohio, 
   Ella Mae Ford, San Bernadino, Calif., and Rebecca Ware, 
   Elizabeth City, N.C.; two brothers, Issac Ware, Athens, 
   and Arnold Ware, Cincinnati, Ohio; and nieces and nephews.
      The family is at the residence.
      Jackson-McWhorter Funeral Home is in charge of 
   arrangements."
