"Mr. Wm. Ware, of Lebanon, while hauling a load of 
wood on Tuesday last, was thrown from his wagon into 
a mud hole, the wagon load of wood falling on him. 
When found by a passer by, life was extinct and it
was impossible to tell how long he had been there."
