“Doris A. Ware, 69, widow of Roy Ware, passed away at 6:30pm Wednesday March 7, 2012 at the U.K. Medical Center.

A native of Montgomery County, she was the daughter of the late Shirley James Wills and the late Carlene Gardner Baber. Doris was a retired McCammish Manufacturing payroll clerk and a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Carla Longworth; 2 sons, Roy Alan and Eric Nelson Ware; 8 grandchildren, Andrew Alan Ware, Katie and Shana Rose, Haley, Kyler and Blake Longworth and Jake and Nate Ware; a sister, Judy Allen; a brother, Jimmy Wills and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00am Saturday at Clarmont Memorial Gardens by Rev. Don Burkhead.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Markey Cancer Center, 800 Rose St., Lexington KY 40504.”
