George M. West Will, 1932, Missouri

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN: 
 I Geo. M. West, of Crawford County, Missouri, being of 
sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this
to  be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form 
following, that is to say: 
 FIRST:- I order and direct that all my depts and funeral 
expenses be paid with all convenient speed. 
 SECOND:- I hereby order and direct that as soon after my 
death as is convenient, that the Executor of this, my last 
Will  and Testament, proceed to sell all my property, real, 
personal or mixed, wheresoever situate, that I may die siezed 
of, and out of the proceeds of such sales that he pay the 
following named persons as follows to-wit: 
 To my Son, Willie H. West, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars, 
($300.oo). 
 To my Son, Harrison West, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). 
 To my Son, Levi West, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars 
($200.00). 
 To my Son, Benjamin F. West, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). 
 To my son, Columbus M. West, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). 
 To my Son, Dewey Forrest West, the sum of One Hundred Dollars 
($100.00). 
 To my Son, Tonkey W. West, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). 
 To my Son, Hadley West, the sum of One Hundred Dollars 
($100.00). 
 To my Son, Walter Scott West, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). 
 To my Daughter, Mary Elizabeth Pinnell (nee West), the sum of
 One Dollar ($1.00). 
 To my Grand-daughter, Ora Humphrey, who was a daughter of my 
deceased daughter, Jennie Reed, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). 
 THIRD:- I hereby order and direct that my said Executor, 
(herein after named), pay one-half of the balance that is 
left in  his hands after paying the above bequests, to my 
daughter Ida Victoria Jost, (nee West), and the remaining 
one-half to  my daughter Minnie Pearl Ware (nee West), that 
is to say, that the said daughters, Ida Victoria Jost and 
Minnie Pearl  Ware, are to receive equally, the balance 
that is left after the bequests have been paid as designated 
in Sheet No. Two 
  (p. 2) 

 Bequeath Number Two of this Will. 

 FOURTH:- I hereby appoint my said son, Willie H. West, as 
executor of this my last Will and Testament, and request that 
 he be permitted to act as such without being required to 
give bond, and direct that he carry out the provisions of this
Will. 

 IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 
Twenty-eight (28th) day of November, One  thousand nine hundred 
and thirty-two (1932), at Steelville, Crawford County, Missouri.

 Witnesses. 

 We, the undersigned witnesses hereby certify that the above 
and foregoing Will was signed by the said Geo. M. West on the
28th day of November, 1932, and by him declare to be his last 
Will and Testament in our presence, and at his request and his 
presence, and in the presence of each other, we signed the 
same as witness thereto.  IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, we have here-
unto subscribed our names on this 28th day of November, A.D. 
1932, in  Steelville, Crawford County, Missouri
