| Rudolph “Whoop” Ware Sr., a lifelong resident of Mobile, died in an area hospital Saturday. He was 56.
Ware attended Ebenezer AME Zion Church, where he served as a member of the choir. Survivors include two sons, Rudolph Ware Jr. and Simon D. Ware ; one daughter, Shanuna Mooney; four brothers, Clarence Ware , Ernest Ware , Robert Ware and Eddie Ware ; and two sisters, Precious Roof and Elizabeth Ware -Lee, all of Mobile; and six grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday at Ebenezer AME Zion Church from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral. Burial will be in Rising Sun Cemetery. Gilmer’s Funeral Home on Zeigler Circle West is handling arrangements. |
