Samuel H. Ware 17 Dec 1884 To my beloved wife Sarah F. Ware whatever of personal property of every description, money, notes due, accounts that I may die possessed of, charged first with paying the debts due by me… to be the property of my wife to dispose of and enjoy as she may like. To my wife Sarah F. Ware all of my real estate to have and hold during her natural life. After the death of my wife, to my three children, to wit, Mary H. White wife of William W. White, Susan Ellen White wife of Jacob B. White, and my son Robert Lee Ware, all of the real estate if they are in life, if not in life, then to their children. Executors: My beloved wife Sarah F.
