“Sandra “Denise” Groves Ware, 42, of Shelbyville died Saturday February 14, 2009 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

She was a member of Clayvillage Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by: grandparents, Paul and Evelyn White; husband, Thornton “Butch” Ware.

Survivors include: daughter, Janie “Angel” Marie Ware, Shelbyville; parents, Gerald and Charlotte Groves, Shelbyville; sisters, Connie Johnson, Waddy, KY, Debbie Hammond, Harrodsburg, KY; brothers, Eddie Johnson, Orlando, FL and Michael Johnson, Taylorsville, KY.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday February 17, 2009 at Shannon Funeral Home. Rev. Lee Bolton will officiate. Burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Visitation will be from 2-9 PM on Monday February 16, 2009 at the funeral home. ”
