“Billy Ware, 80, of Lake died Thursday, April 8, 2010.

He was a member of the Salem Baptist Church at Lake and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Ware; parents, Davis and Annie Wolfe Ware; one brother, Jessie Ware; one sister, Peggy Ware; and one grandson, Tony Joseph.

He is survived by three daughters, Deborah Ware of Chesterfield, Va., Beverly Ray (Glenn) of Newton, Ala., and Reba Joseph (Ed) of Newport; three brothers, Benny Ware of Forest, Miss., Jimmy Ware of Lake and Ed Ware of Newton, Miss.; four grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held in Walnut Grove Cemetery.”
