Delbert D. Ware age 79, passed away March 24, 2000.
Born October 29, 1920, in Buckhannon, W. Va., to Frank Ware and Icy V. Wilson, both deceased. He married Pauline Malcolm on April 12, 1941, and she survives. He has lived in Ravenna for 30 years, formerly of Akron. He worked for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. as a tire builder for 38 years, retiring in 1979. He attended the Newton Falls First Church of God. He is a veteran of the Army. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, and the Cleveland Indians.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Alvie, Jesse, Charlie, Claren and Parl; and his sisters, Della Snyder and Genevive Wilson.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Wayne (Linda) O’Donnell, Akron, Mrs. Jake (Vonda) Stabl, North Canton; sons, Allen Ware, Ravenna, Bill Ware, Atwater; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be at James Funeral Home, 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 27, 2000. Friends may call at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls, from 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, 2000. Burial will be at Hawley Cemetery.
