“James Calvin Ware 66, died Friday September 2, 2005 after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Born on February 12, 1939 James was a native of Haynesville, La. He was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church of Shongaloo. He was also an avid sports fan and until his illness never missed a Haynesville High School football game.
James was preceded in death by his parents George Perry and Helen Smith Ware and an infant son Robert Lon Ware. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 13 years Bonnie Hicks Ware, three children, three grandchildren, his sister, two step children and six step Grandchildren.”
