“Funeral services for Alvin Vern Ware, 74, of Carthage will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be at Holland Quarters Cemetery under the direction of Black’s Carthage Funeral Home. Mr. Ware died Thursday, May 3, 2007, from an automobile accident. Survivors include one brother, Elvin Ware and two sister, Nonie Hudson and Hazel Sutton of Carthage. The body may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, May 7 2007, at the funeral home.
