“She was the wife of Charles J. Ware, who died in 1988, and a daughter of the late William and Katherine (Hobbins) Sullivan. She was a graduate from Clinton High School. She graduated from the Worcester Normal Business School and was married in 1926. She was a former Fitchburg resident and had lived in Concord for many years before moving to Littleton in 1991.

She was a former communicant of Our Lady of Help Christian Church in Concord.

She is survived by three daughters, Mary Schmidt and Margaret Banks, both of Coventry, R.I., and Kathryn Johnson of Littleton; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a greatgreat-granddaughter. She was also the mother of Robert Ware, who died in 1984.
