“Murphy McKenzie Ware 86, succumbed at his home at Ware’s chapel Sunday morning. He had remained active until about two weeks prior to his death when he suffered a stroke. He was a native of Haynesville, having been born an reared here. During the years he has been a successful farmer and was a highly respected member of the community. He was preceded in death by his parents William W. and Josephine Teague Ware and his wife Neta Cummings Ware. He is survived by three daughters, Mattie, Odell and Myrtie.”
