“Wayne Ware 14 year old son of C. B. and Vera Ware was fatally injured when the motorbike on which he was riding was struck by a light truck. Ware was an honor roll student in the eight grade of the local schools, a member of the Methodist Church and of the high school band. He was known to many Haynesville people through his lawn mowing business which he carried on in the summers and through which he earned the money to purchase him motorbike. He was survived by his parents and a young brother and his grandparents Mr. & Mr. T. L. Cockrell and Mr. & Mrs. Obe Ware.”
