“WINONA – Wayne Luther Ware, 88, retired owner/operator of W. L. Ware Construction, died of complications from a head injury Sunday at his home.
Services will be at 2 p m. today at Oliver Funeral Home of Winona with burial in Nations Poplar Creek Church Cemetery. He was a member of Primitive Baptist Church.

Mr. Ware, the husband of Helen Inez Ware, also leaves a son, Jerry Ware, a sister, Irene Garrett, and a brother, Wayman Ware, all of Winona, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The family requests that any memorials be sent to Nations Poplar Creek Church and Primitive Baptist Church of Winona.”
