Age 77 of Birmingham, made her transition on Wednesday (Jan. 5, 2011). She was retired from U.A.B. Medical Center, and a member of New Saint James Baptist Church. Service of memory will be Thursday at 11:00 A.M. at the church (600 4th Ave N), Reverend Edsel Davis, Sr. will officiate, with interment in Highland Memorial Gardens. Her Loving Survivors are: Devoted Niece; Shelland (Isreal) Grant, and many other relatives and friends. The remains will lie in repose on Wednesday from Noon until 8 P.M. at the Funeral Home, where the Family will receive Friends from 6:00 until 7:00 P.M.
