Age 68, of Birmingham, passed away March 5, 2011. He retired from Seco Steel Co., where he had worked as an electrician, and was a member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Ware is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ethel Farley Ware; daughters, Mrs. Shelia (Carl) Smith, and Mrs. Pamela (Jeromy) Ware Henderson; sons, Mr. Shiloh Ware, and Mr. Johnny D. (LaVetta) Ware; sisters, Mrs. Frances Holifield, Mrs. Kurlie Holifield, and Mrs. Dora Barnes; brother-in-law, John Farley, Jr.; sister-in-law, Catherine (Robert) White; a special grandson, Rodricus (Marteen) Ware; 12 more grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Flower delivery and public viewing will be held today from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Sat., March 12, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Zion Memorial Gardens. Pastor Phillip Parks, III officiating. Earnest Johnson Funeral Home, Inc. directing.
