Private family services have been conducted for Jeffery Harold Ware, 31, who died Sept. 6 at his Anchorage residence. Born Aug. 17, 1955, in Seattle, Wash., he had resided in Alaska the past five years and was a Wood Products sales representative. He leaves his father, Sam, of Sequim, Wash.; his son, Steven Chavez, of Salem, Ore., his brother, Michael, of Sumner, Wash.; and two sisters, Tammy J. Guay, of Olympia, Wash., and Patricia A. French, of Everett, Wash. Memorial contributions may be directed to Children’s Orthopedic Hospital in Seattle, Wash. Service arrangements by Witzleben Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Sixth Avenue Chapel.
