GOFFSTOWN — M. Susan “Sue” Ware, 77, of Goffstown passed away peacefully Friday, April 26, 2013, following a period of declining health. She was surrounded by her loving family. Sue was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., May 4, 1935, the daughter of the late Charles and Anita (Staley) Fording. She attended area schools and worked for First National Stores in Danvers, Mass. Sue was a proud, independent woman who, with her loving husband, Roland, raised four equally strong and independent children. Sue was an avid reader who also enjoyed ceramics, arts and crafts and crossword puzzles. Sue is survived by her husband of 57 years, Roland G. Ware; son, Craig C. Ware of Goffstown; daughters Colleen Ventrice of Weare and her husband, Patrick; M. Vickie Ware of Goffstown and her partner, Eva Lang, Cathy Pelonzi of Raymond and her husband, Jeff; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. . SERVICES: A private memorial service will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home. Inurnment will be at the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery in Boscawen.
