MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – Nettie Mae Ware, 74, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Oct. 9, 2000, at Heartland of Martinsburg. Born May 9, 1926, in Elkton, Va., she was the daughter of the late John H. and Emma Elizabeth Loudeback Frazier. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God. She is survived by three daughters, Julia Ware Hedrick of Inwood, W.Va., Mary Ware Otto and Linda Ware Stickell, both of Martinsburg; three sons, Ray Dustin Ware Jr. and James L. Ware, both of Inwood and John William Ware Sr. of Martinsburg; a sister, Mary Breeden of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St. in Martinsburg. The Rev. Paul C. Stanley will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
