RICHARD ”RJ” JUNIOR WARE, 82, of Duluth, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007, in St. Luke’s Hospital. He was born in Gary New Duluth on June 29, 1925 to Richard and Lois (Mullenex) Ware. On April 17, 1945, Richard married Doris Nelson and they had 62 years together. Richard was an engineer for the Northern Pacific Rail Road for 32 years. He served in the Navy, was a member of Glen Avon Presbyterian Church and the Glen Avon Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed farming. He was a hard working man with a heart of gold. Richard had many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and his infant daughter, Glenyce. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Doris; his son, Richard D of Cancun, Mexico; daughters, Donna Rae Wipson of Duluth, Faye (James) Dettmann of Denver, Colo. and Crystal E. (Ward) Soderlund of Duluth; 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE: was held in Duluth.
