DAVENPORT – Frances I. Ware, 91, Davenport, passed away Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, surrounded by her loving family. Frances requested that no services be planned. Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, is caring for the family. Frances was born March 13, 1922, in Davenport, the daughter of Warren Edward and Gertrude Fessenden Gamble. She married Elmer I. Ware in 1946. She was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses. She was a nurse’s aide for Good Samaritan and the Kahl Home. Survivors include her daughters, Sandra Dooms, Davenport, Barbara (Robert) Farris, Mesa, Ariz., and Marcia Ware, Troy, Ohio; sons, Donald (Theresa) Ware, Bettendorf, Robert Ware, Charles Ware, Richard (Lisa) Ware, all of Davenport, and Bobby (Danielle) Ware, Cedar Rapids; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
