A Bellevue man died Sunday night after the southbound car he was riding in apparently ran a red light and was hit broadside by an eastbound sport utility vehicle at a northwest Omaha intersection, police said. The accident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. CDT. James C. Ware was taken to University Hospital where he later died. His age was not immediately available.
