CIRCUIT COURT

In matter of estate of Jane M. Ware, deceased, the report of the general
adm’r of real estate and personal property sold, etc. was approved; with
regard to the report of D. H. Ware, temporary adm’r, the general adm’r was
given leave to file objections to report.
