BILLY DON WARE, 62, a civilian worker at Falcon Air Force Base and a military retiree, died Jan. 10, 1996, at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Baptist Church, 902 S. Prospect St., with the Rev. M.E. Proby officiating. Friends and family may call from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at McMearn Mortuary, 28 E. Willamette St. Burial will be in Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver. Mr. Ware was born June 8, 1933, in Dallas, to Waymon W. and Naomi (Stean) Ware. He was married Aug. 7, 1970, in Texas City, Texas, to Gladys M. Ware, who survives. Other survivors include a sister, Dorothy Jenkins, and children Robert Griffin Jr., Bobby E. Griffin, Melvin Griffin and Janice Jamison. Mr. Ware served in the Air Force from 1952 to 1972, attaining the rank of staff sergeant.
