Blanche Ware Adams
80, of Melbourne, Fla., formerly of Fort Thomas, died Saturday at Brevard Hospice Care Center, Rockledge, Fla. She was a homemaker, a former bookkeeper with Newport National Bank and a member of St. Thomas Church, Fort Thomas, and the Daughters of Isabella. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Church in Bellevue and the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband, Chester Ray Adams, died in 1993. A son, Charles E. Adams, also preceded her in death. Survivors include daughters, Janet Earnest of Melbourne, Fla., and Mary Ann Plasters of Brownsburg, Ind.; sons, Robert J. Adams of Fort Thomas, Lawrence Adams of Spring Hill, Fla., and Timothy P. Adams of Falmouth; brothers, Donald Ware and Leroy Ware, both of Fort Thomas, and William Ware of Cincinnati; and 12 grandchildren. Mass of Christian burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Divine Mercy Church, Bellevue. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at A.C. Dobbling and Son Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.
