Kenneth ”Buck” Ware, 59, of 1742 E. 26th St., Owensboro, died Saturday, May 6, 1989, at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. He was born in Daviess County, was a surveyor and co-owner of Hale Riney and Gilmore Inc., and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Pat Ware; a daughter, Lee Ann Ware of Owensboro; a brother, Gordon Ware of Owensboro; and two sisters, Mrs. Tommy Foster and Hazel Ware, both of Owensboro. Services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home. Burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation from noon to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Hospice Association or the American Cancer Society.
