MIDWAY – Rebecca L. Ware, 77, wife of the late Clay Madison Ware, died Wed, July 9, 2008 at her residence. Born in Franklin, KY, June 13, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Marshall F. and Estelle Tarrents Clouse. She was a retired National City Bank employee and a member of the Settle Memorial United Methodist Church. Mrs. Ware was an avid gardener and devoted grandmother. She is survived by 2 daughters, Kathy Ware and Melissa Sloan both of Midway, 1 son, Terry (Mary) Ware of Birmingham, AL, her brother, Billy Clouse of Hopkinsville, and 4 grandchildren, Meredith, Christopher, Kaelan and Evan-Arthur. Funeral services will be held 3:30pm Sun, July 13, 2008 at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill, with Fr. Alan Sutherland officiating. Burial will be 1pm CST Mon at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sun at 2pm at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to The Hope Lodge, Markey Cancer Center or The American Autism Society.
