Verdia Mae Ware, 89 of Eustis, FL formerly of Dalton, KY, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 in Eustis, Florida.

She was born February 9, 1925 in Hopkins Co., KY to the late Edward Wiles and Sophia Wiles. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl G. Ware; one daughter, Marlene Alexander; one son, Delmar Earl Alexander; seven sisters; four brothers; and one grandson.

Mrs. Ware was a member of the Rabbit Ridge Full Gospel Church.

She is survived by one son, Dennis Brown of Eustis, FL and an adopted son, Pete Mendoza of Slaughters, KY; one sister, Helen Sisk of Dalton; one brother, Joe Ed Wiles of Madisonville and one half brother, Woodson Oakley of Eustis, FL; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Dalton Cemetery in Dalton, KY with Bro. Billy Parrish officiating. Burial will follow in Dalton Cemetery.
