Raymond L. Ware, beloved brother, uncle and friend, died Tuesday, August 22, 2000. He was born October 27, 1927 in Stanwood and had lived most of his life in the Stanwood area. He was a Veteran and a member of the American Legion, and the Stanwood Eagles Aries #3041. Ray leaves one brother John Ware of Stanwood; one sister Lois Fisher of Stanwood; one niece and husband Cindy and Denny Heath of Stanwood; two nephews and their wives, Jeff and Deanne Fisher of Burlington, and Greg and Tracy Fisher of Gig Harbor; and his favorites, two great nephews, and three great nieces; Craig and Cody Haugstad and Emily, Alexa and Brooke Fisher; and very special friends Norm and Irene Simonseth. At his request no services will be held. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Snohomish County or your favorite charity. Arrangements under the direction of Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood.
