Johnnie Ware, 82, of 206 Kinkade Drive, widower of Joyce McMiller Ware, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at his home. Born in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Millie Ann Ware. He was of the Baptist faith and was the last immediate survivor of his family. He leaves to cherish his memories, two sons, Rathell (Teresa) Ware of NY and John Kenneth (Trice) Ware of VA; four daughters, Bernadette (Jerry D. McGraw, Jr.) Ware of the home, Dionne Ware of Greenville, SC, Arlene Roca of East Stroudsburg, PA, and Josephine Ware of Brooklyn, NY; several grandchildren, one reared in the home, Domonique Rathell Ware; a number of great-grandchildren; and other friends and relatives to mourn his passing. Services are 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Chapel of Robinson & Son Mortuary, Inc., conducted by Rev. Joseph Caldwell. Burial will follow in OakBrook Memorial Park.
