BELTON -Ida L. Rice, 70, of 1238 Ramona Drive died Oct. 11, 2012 at Hospice.

Born Jan. 18, 1942, in Moncks Corner, she was the daughter of the late Elliott and Brillian Clinkscales Ware Sr. Survivors include her husband, Lieutenant Rice; children, Angela Hargro and Mark Rice, both of Atlanta, Ga.; and a brother Elliott Ware Jr. of Detroit, Mich.

Services were conducted Oct. 16 at Welfare Baptist Church. Interment was in the New Silver Brook Cemetery.
