Butler, Myrtle A. (Ware), 72, homemaker, died Sunday, May 3, 1992. Service 2 p.m. Wednesday, Zimmerman Funeral Home.

Survivors: husband, Kenneth; brother, James Ware of Severy; sisters, Joan Spoon of Eureka, Wilma Monk of Wichita, Ruth Sexton of St. George, Agnes Sexton of Severy, Shirley Walta of Bonner Springs. Memorials have been established with the Alzheimer Association South Central Kansas Chapter, Wichita, and Howard United Methodist Church.
