Emilie Weber Ware Brown Obituary, 1992

EMILIE WEBER WARE BROWN, 86, of Lower Bank in Washington Township, died Thursday at Green-Wood Convalescent Center in Pleasantville.

Mrs. Brown was a former registered nurse at the Atlantic City Medical Center, retiring in 1968. She was also a mid-wife, practicing in Atlantic and Burlington counties and she owned and operated Ware’s Saw Mill in Green Bank.

Mrs. Brown was born in Lower Bank and lived in Green Bank for many years.

She is survived by four sons, Howard Ware of New Gretna, Joseph Nelson Ware of Lower Bank, Howard Brown of Williamstown and Robert of Williamsburg, Va.; one daughter, Anna Walling of Morristown; one brother, Charles Weber, Jr.; three sistes, Lucenda Kabler of Metuchen, Hilda Bertman of Margate and Florence Lutthans of Teaneck; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Wimberg Funeral Home, 400 Liverpool Avenue, Egg Harbor City. Burial will be in Egg Harbor City Cemtery.

Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
