Mr. Emmitt Ware, 68, of Irvington died May 4, 2009.

Services are Monday, May 11, 2009, at 10 a.m. at the Perry Funeral Home, 34 Mercer St., Newark., N.J. Viewing is Monday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment is at Rosemount Memorial Park, Newark, N.J.

Born June 27, 1940, in Birmingham, Ala., Emmitt leaves to mourn, wife, Louise Ware; children, Antionette, Thaddeus, and Anthony Ware; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Richardean Frazier; and a host of other relatives and friends.
