SOUTH BEND — Henry Clay “Young Blood” Ware, 73, died at 10:51 p.m. Friday, July 14, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include five daughters, Cody Small (Terry) Boone of Dallas, Texas, Danita Fields of Indianapolis, Renita Fleming, Laverne Ware and Annette (Michael) Malone; and a son, Christopher Taber, all of South Bend.

Three sisters preceded him in death, Aser Lee Lighthall of South Bend, Amanda Earl of Milwaukee, Wis., and Annabelle Otis of Chicago, Ill.

Services will be at noon Thursday, July 20, 2006, in the Clark-O’Neal Funeral Home, 2702 Lincoln Way West. Friends may call one hour before services.

The Clark-O’Neal Funeral Home has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
